UKSFA joins the UK Green Building Council

UKSFA is now a member of the UK Green Building Council (UKGBC), strengthening our connection to the wider built environment and reinforcing our commitment to driving sustainability across the flooring sector.

UKGBC brings together a powerful network of organisations working across the built environment, including major contractors, insurers, facilities managers and developers. By joining this network, UKSFA is better placed to stay informed about emerging trends, policy developments and best practice beyond our immediate sector, and to translate that learning into clear, practical insight for our members.

Membership also creates new opportunities to share and promote the work UKSFA is doing on behalf of the flooring industry. Through UKGBC forums, learning resources and events, we can engage with a broader group of stakeholders, learn from others’ experience and ensure the flooring sector has a stronger voice in cross-industry sustainability conversations.

UKGBC’s membership includes many influential organisations and provides access to a wide range of learning and collaboration opportunities. Being part of this community supports UKSFA’s role in helping members navigate sustainability challenges while contributing to the wider agenda of creating a more sustainable built environment.
