This month we would like to welcome Matoha Instrumentation Ltd. to the CRUK membership. They recently exhibited at our 2024 Conference in Solihull and Darlene from Matoha was one of the speakers at this year’s event.  

On Day Two Darlene delivered a presentation on their recent product innovation which helps in identifying the constituents of fibres in carpet and textile flooring waste, allowing them to be easily identifiable when processing the materials for recycling. 

Matoha’s material identification devices enable the efficient sorting of textile and plastic waste for recycling worldwide. Their handheld devices are portable and can be used on-site removing the need for time consuming lab analysis. They continue to work towards enabling circular economy within the sector and increasing traceability across the industry.
